And then the management position. <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Location:<\/strong> Carrer d&#8217;Aribau, 205, 3rd floor, Door 1, District of Sarri\u00e0-Sant Gervasi, 08021 Barcelona<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Type of Contract:<\/strong> On-Site, Full Time, Indefinite<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Salary:<\/strong> \u20ac25,000-33,000 depending on experience<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role: Digital Growth Manager (management hungry)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your job will not be to run campaigns.<br\/>It will be to redesign how our customers engage, convert and retain them.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your focus: multiply revenue, optimize funnels and lead impactful decisions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you don&#8217;t know how to prioritize under pressure or need to be told what to do, this position is not for you.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you will lead<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Growth strategies for companies with a turnover between 500K and 10M\u20ac\/year.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conversion architectures, funnels and automations that generate cash.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination of paid, nurturing and retention levers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actionable reporting with business KPIs. No vanity metrics. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Direct relationship with the client&#8217;s management. You are the referent, not the executor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we expect from you<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Think business, not channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That you make informed decisions and defend your judgment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That you can sustain pressure from multiple accounts without losing focus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Know when to execute yourself and when to orchestrate the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>That you have a real hunger to get to management. And show it. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3+ years leading growth, CRO or performance marketing projects.<br\/>High level in Performance Marketing, Growth, AI, Automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing campaigns and complete funnels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You know how to translate data into actions that move the business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>English C1. Native Spanish. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have business acumen and understand margin, LTV, CAC and scaling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have worked in consulting firms or agencies and you no longer believe the smoke.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to work in Barcelona.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Plus if in addition&#8230;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have built funnels that do not need luck to convert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can look at an Ads account and detect what is going wrong without opening a report.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ve argued with a CEO&#8230; and won.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You understand what each click costs. And how much it hurts if you don&#8217;t convert. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have scaled campaigns, not just launched.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have an allergy to digital posturing and a hunger for concrete results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have led entire processes: from hypothesis to automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You&#8217;ve broken systems that already &#8220;worked&#8221; to build something that does scale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Being part of a consulting firm that doesn&#8217;t decorate metrics.
