Offer Digital Project Manager

Functions

• Define and document the scope of each project, its objectives, schedule and required resources.
• Define KPIs to measure results and their evaluation.
  Identify, execute and assign responsibilities and tasks to the people involved in each project.
• Supervise and if necessary execute in the launch and evolution of the digital marketing campaigns that have been agreed.
• Follow up on the KPIs defined with the client to detect and correct deviations.
• Periodic meetings with the people involved in the process. Highlights
• Coordination and evaluation of the work done by external companies participating in the projects.
• Evaluation of results and follow-up after its implementation to ensure its correct execution.
• Ability to lead and execute different projects at the same time. The main interlocutors are digital marketing managers of large companies as well as directors and owners of SMEs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital team management.
• High level of English
• Specific experience in implementation and monitoring of digital projects.
• Used to work in KPIs tracking: Paid Media Campaigns, and GA measurements.
• Passionate about the digital world and its tools. Self-taught by nature and willing to accept new challenges.
• Ability to travel to the offices in person.

Valuable

• Other languages
• Degree in computer/electronic/systems engineering.
• Experience in consulting is an asset
• Postgraduate or master’s degree in digital marketing
• Previous experience as a developer or as an analyst and/or tester (QA)
• Knowledge of WordPress

Scope and location

• The Digital Project Manager will work at the interface between the client and the production teams: Social Media, Paid Campaigns, Copy, Web Development and graphic design.

Fixed remuneration

• 25.000€-30.000€ depending on the candidate’s experience.

Variable remuneration

• Target based on performance up to 25% of the fixed amount.
• UNCAPPED commercial target based on 5% of the margin of the project captured.
