The client
Ambar Lab is a benchmark in specialized biomedical diagnostics. Although they had technical recognition in the sector, their digital channel was not sales-oriented, and their online presence was limited.
The challenge
The objective was clear: to activate the digital ecosystem as a lever for business growth, attracting qualified traffic, generating leads and positioning the brand as an international leader.
Before implementing the new digital strategy, Ambar Lab had an underutilized online ecosystem for business generation:
- Digital channel disconnected from sales: There was no active commercial structure based on online traffic or acquisition. Opportunities depended almost exclusively on face-to-face relationships and referrals.
- Low organic visibility: Although the brand had strong recognition in offline biomedical environments, its search engine positioning was weak and did not attract qualified traffic on a sustained basis.
- Database with no nurturing strategy: Although records had been collected in the past, there was no segmentation, automation or communication flows tailored to the interest or behavior of the leads.
- Lack of scalable digital processes: There were no implementations that allowed transforming contacts into business opportunities in an automated or repeatable way.
In this context, the main challenge was to activate the digital channel as a driver of demand generation and sales growth.
Initial challenges
- Activate digital acquisition without investing in payment methods.
- Consolidate organic traffic as the main lead acquisition channel.
- Build and segment an active commercial database.
- Maintain brand consistency and technical relevance in social networks.
- Automate lead nurturing processes and prepare the basis for sales at scale.
How we did it
1. Optimization of organic traffic acquisition
A technical SEO content plan was designed for the corporate blog, publishing 21 strategic articles focused on high-intent searches within the biomedical sector. Each publication was optimized using advanced keyword research tools, consolidating organic traffic as the main source of attracting leads.
2. Activation of social networks: LinkedIn and YouTube
- LinkedIn: Constant weekly publications, growing the community to 698 relevant professionals from the clinical, R&D and pharmaceutical sectors.
- YouTube: Launch of 26 technical videos, which reached 31.26k views and 299 new subscribers, demonstrating the attractiveness of specialized audiovisual content.
3. Advanced commercial automation
Active Campaign was implemented through customized landing pages, success stories published on the blog and tailored content. Seeking to attract and capture potential customers to structure the lead acquisition and nurturing funnel:
- Database growth: +2,093 records segmented by interest and behavior.
- Personalized nurturing flows: according to activity in the digital ecosystem.
- Scalability readiness: building automations to nurture leads and convert them into mature commercial opportunities.
This system made it possible to turn the digital channel into a source of sales-ready opportunities, based on real data and strategic automation.
4. Preparing to reactivate newsletters as a key channel
The objective: to maintain contact with leads, inform about new tests or services, and build loyalty through specialized educational content.
This reactivation already includes advanced segmentation by behavior, country or sector, and will be measured by key KPIs such as open rates, clicks and reading time. It will also serve to redirect qualified traffic to the blog and the site’s conversion pages.
