What if we use up the 30 days and it's not ready?
We extend at no extra cost until go-live. The commitment is agent in production within 30 days, not "start billing on day 30". If there are client-side blockers (KB unavailable, late sign-off), the timer pauses and resumes when resolved. Transparent and written into the contract.
Is maintenance mandatory?
No. The product is delivered with SOPs so your team can operate it. If you prefer to outsource, optional maintenance from 300 €/month includes: SLA monitoring, monthly KB update, prompt adjustments, incident response < 4 h, quarterly CSAT review. Ideal if you don't have an internal AI team.
Which LLM do you use? Does my data go to OpenAI?
It depends on the case. Default: OpenAI GPT-4o with EU data-processing contract + zero data retention. Alternatives: Anthropic Claude (Frankfurt region), Azure OpenAI (EU residency), open-source self-hosted (Llama, Mistral) on private cloud if your compliance is strict. Your KB never leaves the agreed perimeter. DPA signed before kickoff.
What happens if the agent gives a wrong answer?
Multi-layer guardrails: (1) topic filters and prohibited phrases, (2) RAG forces citing KB source, (3) confidence threshold — if the answer isn't safe it escalates to a human, (4) auditable logs for every interaction. During the first 14 days of go-live we review daily samples and adjust. Continuous improvement if you keep maintenance.
