The essentials

What is the cronuts.digital B2B outbound engine?

It is a done-for-you B2B email prospecting service. cronuts.digital, a B2B growth marketing and AI consultancy, sets it up on domains under your brand and runs it for you. The engine picks accounts that match your buyer profile, researches each company before writing, sends 5 messages over 14 days and sorts every reply. Your team approves what goes out and takes the meetings. It starts with a 3-month pilot.

How it works

From chosen account to booked meeting, step by step.

Before the red line, everything happens in-house and the account receives nothing yet. After it, contact begins, and every reply has somewhere to go.

In-house · the account receives nothing yet

  1. Pick accounts

Based on your buyer profile: industry, company size and decision-making role. Your clients, the accounts already in your pipeline and your competitors stay out.

    cronuts and your team
  2. Research

One brief per company: what it sells, what its concerns are and which published case fits it. Without verified data, that account waits.

    AI agent
  3. Write

Messages written for that company from its brief, under fixed rules: a single ask and no generic templates.

    AI agent
  4. Approve

Your team reads, edits or discards. In the pilot, message by message. After that, in batches. Without your OK, nothing goes out.

What the account receives

  1. Reach out

5 messages over 14 days, during business hours and at a controlled pace, with one-click unsubscribe in each one.

    Automated

An AI agent reads every reply

  • I'm interestedThe sequence stops and your sales rep gets an alert to offer a slot.
  • No, thanksPermanent opt-out. They never receive anything again, from this batch or any other.
  • I'm out of officePaused, and the same message goes out again a few weeks later.
  • Talk to someone elseNew contact, introduced by the person who referred you.

If anyone at that company books a meeting, the engine stops all of its sequences. It does the same if someone we didn't write to replies.

  • The referred person goes to the front of the queue, with their own brief.
  • Every week we review which profiles, roles and messages start conversations, and we adjust the next batch.

Outreach in detail

5 messages in 14 days. And the sequence stops on its own.

Signed by a real person on your team, with a single ask each. The sequence stops as soon as the person replies, books a meeting or unsubscribes.

  1. First send

    What we noticed

A specific observation about their company and a case from their industry.

  2. Day 3

    One step further

A new fact about their situation, without repeating the first message.

  3. Day 5

    Are you the right person?

A short question: if someone else decides, they let you know.

  4. Day 7

    A different angle

A new subject line and a different reason to talk.

  5. Day 14

    A respectful close

One last short message. If the timing is wrong, we leave it there.

Each message asks for one thing only: booking a video call with your team.

Why the day 5 message asks who owns it

In B2B sales, the first person who replies is often not the one who decides. When someone on the inside puts you in touch with the right person, that conversation starts with trust.

We designed the engine to prompt that referral and keep it from going cold: it stops the sequence, alerts your team and drafts a first message that says who introduced you.

Is it a fit?

It's not for every company. Better to know now.

The engine works when someone on your side can hold the conversation and your product is worth a meeting. Check if that's you before you request the diagnosis.

It's a fit if

  • You sell to other companies and every sale starts with a sales conversation.
  • You know who you want to sell to, or you want to find out from real replies.
  • Someone on your team takes the meetings and replies fast when an account asks.
  • You want to control what goes out under your brand and approve it before it's sent.
  • You want your team to gain autonomy with the system over time.

It's not a fit if

  • You sell to consumers. The engine only writes to company addresses.
  • You're after mass volume or sending the same template to a whole list.
  • Nobody can take the meetings in the coming months.
  • You need a set number of meetings locked in. We don't promise one: it depends on your market and your offer, and we measure it in the pilot.
  • You can't share your client list and the accounts already in your pipeline so we can exclude them.

System rules

What the engine never does.

The system itself enforces some of them, and the rest are commitments of our service. None of them is just a good intention. If the engine can't read your exclusion lists, it doesn't send.

  1. Write to your clients

Before the first send, it checks every account against your client base and the accounts a sales rep already handles.

  2. Write to your competitors

Your competitors are off the list from the start.

  3. Chase someone who said no

One-click unsubscribe in every message. Anyone who opts out never goes back on any list.

  4. Send without your approval

It starts paused. Only what your team has approved goes out.

  5. Put your main domain at risk

It sends from dedicated domains under your brand, with gradual warm-up, daily caps and an automatic brake.

  6. Use generic templates

Without verified research on the company, the message doesn't go out.

  7. Make up facts

Each message is written only from that company's brief, and your team reviews it before it goes out so it claims nothing the brief doesn't contain.

  8. Ask for more than one thing

Each message asks only for a video call with your team.

  9. Write to personal addresses

Company emails only, verified before the first send. Never personal or generic addresses, and never phone numbers.

The pilot and what comes next

Start with a pilot. Scale only if it works.

Each phase starts when the previous one meets the criteria we agree in writing. Approval always stays with your team.

  1. Start here

    Pilot

One buyer profile and a limited batch of accounts. We validate the message before adding volume.

    Setup from 6,900 € · fee from 2,900 €/month for 3 months

    What cronuts does

    • Verifies every email before the first send
    • Picks, researches and writes
    • Sends and sorts the replies

    What your team does

    • Approves every message
    • Takes the meetings
    • Shares clients and accounts already in the pipeline
  2. Scale

More profiles, more volume and a connection to your CRM.

Priced once the pilot's data is on the table.

    What cronuts does

    • Everything in the pilot
    • New profiles and more domains
    • Connection to your CRM, quoted based on the tool
    • Monthly review with you

    What your team does

    • Approves in batches
    • Follows up every opportunity in the CRM
  3. Adoption

Your team gains autonomy over the system, with training and support.

    Tailored.

    What cronuts does

    • Training and an operations manual
    • Support

    What your team does

    • Approves what goes out
    • Closes the deals

In every phase, nothing goes out without your team's approval.

Prices exclude VAT. Third-party tools come on top, at cost. Domains, inboxes and the sending platform are in your company's name.

  • Today you only decide on the pilot. You decide on scaling later, with the data in front of you.
  • Criteria agreed before the first send. Deliverability, real replies and meetings in the calendar. If the pilot misses them, there's no scale-up.
  • What we build stays with your company. Domains, inboxes, data, briefs, messages and the learnings report, whether you continue or not.

FAQ

What people ask us before getting started.

What happens to my domain's reputation?
Your main domain never sends. The engine uses dedicated domains under your brand and inboxes on your corporate email, warms them up gradually, caps sends per inbox per day and hits the brakes on its own if bounces or complaints go up. If a domain takes a hit, a backup domain steps in.
Who signs the messages?
A real person on your team, with their own name and role, from an inbox under your brand. Replies reach that person and anyone else you choose.
Who owns the data, the domains and the inboxes?
Your company does, from the first day. The domains, the inboxes and the sending platform are in your name. The account base, the research briefs, the message sequences and the reports are yours too, whether or not you stay with us.
What if nobody replies?
You'll know early, and with data. Every week you see which profiles, roles and messages start conversations, and we adjust the next batch. If the pilot ends without meeting the agreed criteria, there is no scale-up, and you keep everything we built plus the report on what we learned.
How is it different from hiring an SDR?
An SDR researches, writes and follows up by hand, and you pay for their learning curve. Here the system handles the repetitive part and your team brings what should not be automated: approving, talking and closing. It doesn't replace your sales reps, it brings them conversations that start with context. If you want your own SDR, we can train one during adoption, as a separate option.
When do the first meetings come in?
We won't give you a date or a number, because both depend on your market, your offer and the profile we choose. The first weeks of the pilot lay the groundwork: domains, inboxes, gradual warm-up, buyer profile and first messages. Sending starts once the domains are ready and your team approves the first batch. Above all, the pilot is about learning, and we put that in writing.
What do you need from my team?
Not much, and at key moments: a kickoff session to decide who to write to and with what message, your list of clients and accounts already in your pipeline so we can exclude them, a little time each week to approve what goes out, and quick replies when an account asks something. Your IT team only authorizes the domains and inboxes.
Do I need a contact database?
No. If you already have one, we start from it and fill in the gaps. If not, we build the list from your buyer profile, always with company emails verified before the first send.
Which CRM does it work with?
The pilot needs no integration: your team receives each conversation with that account's brief. The connection to your CRM comes in the scale phase, and we quote it based on the tool.
How much does it cost?
For the 3-month pilot, setup is from 6,900 € and the fee is from 2,900 €/month. We quote scaling with the pilot's data on the table. Prices exclude VAT. Third-party tools come on top, at cost.
