How do you charge: by the hour, % of ad spend or fixed?
Always fixed. Monthly retainer (1,500 / 3,500 / custom) or one-off project (€12K / €28K / custom). Never pay-per-hour. Never % on ad spend (perverse incentive). AI products have a closed price per pack. The only exception is scope expansions signed as an addendum, never "extra hours" at the end of the month.
What does a Grow retainer at €3,500 really include?
Scope written in the contract. Paid Grow example: up to €40K/mo managed ad spend, 2 combined disciplines, senior squad (strategist + specialist), bi-weekly reporting + Looker dashboard, server-side attribution setup included. All listed in SOW. If something outside scope arises, it's quoted separately. Zero surprise "extra hours".
What if we don't hit the agreed KPIs?
We don't sell guaranteed results: business KPIs also depend on your execution, product and market. What we do guarantee is delivery: on the Grow and Scale plans we leave the system and measurement complete (tracking, server-side attribution, Digital Hub and the agreed levers live). If we don't deliver that system, the 7th month is free. Clear terms in the contract, with full account access, CRM and agreed budget. For web projects: Lighthouse 95+ guarantee or we extend optimisation for free.
Can I combine retainer + project + AI product?
Yes, it's the most common pattern in Grow / Scale clients. Example: Grow retainer (SEO + Content) + Web Grow project (one-off rebuild €28K) + AI Content Ops add-on. Each contract has its own scope and billing. We consolidate into 1 monthly invoice if you prefer. VAT separate.
What time commitment does each plan require?
Starter retainer: 3-month minimum + 30-day notice. Grow retainer: 6-month minimum + delivery guarantee. Scale retainer: 12-month minimum + NDA available. Web project: one-off, 40% upfront + 40% mid-sprint + 20% go-live. AI products: single payment 50% kickoff + 50% delivery, fixed timeline in contract.
Who is a good fit and who is NOT?
Fit: B2B companies between €500K and €100M revenue, sales cycle > 30 days, average ticket > €3K, connected CRM (HubSpot / Pipedrive / Salesforce). Sectors: SaaS, industrial, legal tech, healthcare, education, fintech, premium consulting, ecommerce > €2M.
NOT fit: pure DTC with ticket < €100, pre-PMF startups without CRM, agencies looking for white-label, projects requiring pay-per-hour. We refer you to more suitable partners.
Are there discounts for annual payment or bundles?
Annual payment: -8% on the monthly retainer price (from Grow upwards). Retainer + AI product bundle: -10% on the added AI product. Retainer + web project bundle: -5% on the web project. We don't offer discounts "because we're at quarter-end" or "if you sign today". The policy is transparent and public.
Can I start with a free diagnostic before signing?
Yes, and it's the usual path. Initial diagnostic €0: 30 min video call + public analysis of your website/account. At the end we tell you whether there's a fit or not. If there's a fit: proposal with closed scope + recommended plan + timeline. If there's no fit, we refer you to a trusted partner. No commitment. No 30-field form.
