Digital Account Executive Offer

We are looking for an experienced account executive to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong agency or consulting experience and a proven track record of successful project execution.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving the successful execution of digital transformation projects. You will work closely with our project managers to understand our clients’ needs and develop and implement customized strategies to help them achieve their business objectives through the use of digital technologies.

Functions

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work with project managers to understand client needs and develop customized digital transformation strategies.
  • Prepare and present strategies, project implementations, and other materials.
  • Lead the implementation of digital transformation projects, including project planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify potential new opportunities

Requirements

  • High level of English
  • 2+ years of agency or consulting, account management or project management experience
  • Proven track record of success in managing and executing complex projects
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
  • Experience working with digital technologies and understanding of digital transformation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Valuable

  • Other languages
  • Experience in consulting is a plus
  • Postgraduate or master’s degree in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of WordPress

Scope and location

  • The Digital Account Executive will work at the interface between the client and the production teams: Social Media, Paid Campaigns, Copy, Web Development and Graphic Design.
  • Mixed model: 2 days remotely (teleworking) and 3 days in person at the office.

Variable compensation

  • Target based on performance up to 25% of fixed.
