Finques Ollé, a leading real estate company with strong local roots in Barcelona, faced the challenge of updating its online presence while maintaining its strong legacy SEO and improving integration with its real estate CRM.
Challenge
The main challenge was to preserve and strengthen the existing SEO of the Finques Ollé website, essential for its online visibility. In addition, effective synchronization with Inmovilla, the predominant real estate CRM in Spain, was needed to ensure that properties were automatically updated both on the website and on other platforms.
Solution
CRONUTS DIGITAL implemented a strategy that included:
- Maintaining legacy SEO: Measures were taken to preserve SEO despite the implementation of new URLs during the redesign process. As shown in the graph below, we can see that the number of words indexed since April 2023, the date of the web redesign, has remained the same or even increased.
- Integration with Inmovilla: The website was synchronized with the Inmovilla CRM, allowing property updates to be reflected in real time on the website and other platforms. Inmovilla is the main real estate CRM used by more than 80% of real estate agencies in Spain.
- Careful and Attractive Redesign: A web design was developed that was not only technologically advanced, but also visually appealing and aligned with Finques Ollé’s brand values.
