The automation of certain tasks, the personalization of communications or the possibility of segmenting audiences are just some of the great applications that these tools can offer us, but what exactly is Artificial Intelligence, how can marketing teams apply this new technology and what are the main tools?

 

What is Artificial Intelligence?

 

When we talk about Artificial Intelligence we refer to the set of computer systems and programs designed to perform tasks that until now could only be performed by human beings.

Recently, at Cronuts Digital, we have used this platform with one of our founders, Eduard Vivar, to create a realistic avatar and bring it to life with a specific dialogue. The result was impressive, although we believe it still has room for improvement, as it is still in the development phase. However, we expect that this tool will continue to develop and improve.

Its operation is very simple: as with the other platforms, you provide a text message, either a question or a request, and Chat GPT processes that request to generate a coherent and relevant response in text form.

 

However, it is important to keep in mind that although Chat GPT is an advanced AI tool that produces really useful results, it is still only a support tool. It cannot replace creativity and human expertise in the copywriting process. The human touch and the ability to understand context remain key elements in creating impactful, quality content.
