Salary: €25,000-33,000 depending on experience
Role: Digital Growth Manager (management hungry)
Your job will not be to run campaigns.
It will be to redesign how our customers engage, convert and retain them.
Your focus: multiply revenue, optimize funnels and lead impactful decisions.
If you don’t know how to prioritize under pressure or need to be told what to do, this position is not for you.
What you will lead
- Growth strategies for companies with a turnover between 500K and 10M€/year.
- Conversion architectures, funnels and automations that generate cash.
- Coordination of paid, nurturing and retention levers.
- Actionable reporting with business KPIs. No vanity metrics.
- Direct relationship with the client’s management. You are the referent, not the executor.
What we expect from you
- Think business, not channels.
- That you make informed decisions and defend your judgment.
- That you can sustain pressure from multiple accounts without losing focus.
- Know when to execute yourself and when to orchestrate the team.
- That you have a real hunger to get to management. And show it.
Minimum requirements
- 3+ years leading growth, CRO or performance marketing projects.
High level in Performance Marketing, Growth, AI, Automation. - Experience managing campaigns and complete funnels.
- You know how to translate data into actions that move the business.
- English C1. Native Spanish.
- You have business acumen and understand margin, LTV, CAC and scaling.
- You have worked in consulting firms or agencies and you no longer believe the smoke.
- Availability to work in Barcelona.

- You have built funnels that do not need luck to convert.
- You can look at an Ads account and detect what is going wrong without opening a report.
- You’ve argued with a CEO… and won.
- You understand what each click costs. And how much it hurts if you don’t convert.
- You have scaled campaigns, not just launched.
- You have an allergy to digital posturing and a hunger for concrete results.
- You have led entire processes: from hypothesis to automation.
- You’ve broken systems that already “worked” to build something that does scale.
